		Large Insert Clone Finishing In collaboration with the Production Genomics Facility we are continuing to finish both BAC and fosmid clones from a wide variety of species. These clones are either to aid in assembly refinement of large whole genomes currently in progress at the Joint Genome Institute (JGI) or have been selected by JGI collaborators for specific scientific interest. We are finishing clones from a wide variety of organisms including Poplar, Ostreococcus, Phakopsora, Nematostella, Chlamydomonas, Amphioxus, Emiliania, Thalassiosira, Phaeodactylum, Glomus, Postia, Physcomitrella, Selaginella, Capitella, Laccaria, Volvox, Pichia and Coelacanth.
