Radition hybrid maps of the human genome

One of the initial goals of the SHGC was to produce high-resolution maps of each chromosome of the human genome. We produced a lower resolution map set known as the G3 and a higher resolution map set called the TNG4. This work was completed in the year 2000. We no longer do research on mapping of the human genome and the files available here are for archived purposes.

During the human genome mapping period we also hosted a computer application called the RHserver which would return LOD score calculations with all of our mapped G3 and TNG4 markers. As the human genome sequence has now been completely finished we no longer offer this service, but the engine and data files are available below if you would like to map any markers on your own systems.
